okay i don't know if that even worked. turns out it's a picture of my broken phone!!! woooo hooo. i dropped it on the ground...and then ran over it with my bike...oops. now the screen doesn't work. so i bought a new one and it should be here frieday. yeyeyeyyeaaaaaaaaihhhh boiiiii.

oh yeah. this is what i look like when i go to work. i have to wear this stupid flower in my hair. I have to go up to people eating at a buffet and ask them what they want to drink. here's what happens:


"ALOHA!!!! my name is bridian! how are you guys tonight?"
-blank stares-
"alright, can I refill your drinks?"
-blank stares-
"do you want what's in your pitchers now or can I fill them with something different?"
-blank stares-
"uh...we have sprite, pepsi, root beer, fruit punch, and mountain dew...."
-suprised looks- followed by "oh, what?"

"oh. do you have juice?"
"well no...we just have fruit punch"
"oh okay. well i'll just have an iced tea then."

this is where i take a butter knife and slowly saw their heads off.

this is me and a weirdo from new zealand. we were on a ride at the county fair. it hung you upside down for ages. i got a headache. but it was reeeeal cool.




i found chickens!



asian man with chicken!!! we saved them from the mongoose. the mongoose likes to eat their brains. i know that sounds like something from an episode of Happy Tree Friends (have you watched all the episodes? if not, it's worth watching here:)

I have been abandoned. My mom is in Florida without me, my pa is at work, Wes is at scout camp, Amber, Anna, and their kids are who knows where and won't answer their phones. And my friends are either busy, babysitting, in Vegas, or in St. George. So I've been sitting at home all day being verily bored. But I am listening to Cantaloop right now. And looking at pictures of Curtis and Lindsay's cute little boy. Well, I must go. Peace!

So, here´s a story. Once upon a time, there was a girl. Despite how awesome, beautiful, and incredibly humble she was XD she was still pretty normal! The only thing that was abnormal was the fact that she traveled the world. Frequently. So one day her mother took her to Colombia.
"You´re gonna be here for three weeks, kay?" :) so now the girl is living in Colombia with her new friends. They rock. More than you, Cara(: jk!
This is my third day here, and I am LOVING it! Minus the fact that it´s negative zero degrees, of course. Right now, I´m at school. Mariaña, the girl I´m staying with, goes to a private school, so I´m allowed to go with her! Its really fun, especially when we ditch class and run to the computer lab, and the rest of the class follows us(; So we´re sitting here checking our facebooks (Cara?) and blogs and everyone is playing pacman.
My new friends, Manuela and Maria Daniella, are SOO gr8. Im fr sriosu.

AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

No apparent reason for the title. Maybe it's because I haven't posted in forever. Maybe it's because I'm in Texas right now having a blast with my cousins. Or maybe it's because Anna is going to have her baby boy while I'm gone on this long awaited trip. So, in case I haven't told you, me and five of my Haynie cousins have been saving up our money for a year to pay for the gas to have my uncle drive us down here in Texas to stay with my other aunt and uncle. We've got a ton of stuff planned. And tonight, we're going to see wicked, something we discovered last night after a very tricky scavenger hunt. Although, I'm missing all of our parade preparation and a parade. This is a bad thing. And that is my summer thus far. How about you guys? Is there any possibility that you could email or post your numbers, Lyssa's missionary email, and her address?

Guilt is a powerful thing

So i kinda feel really bad. I forgot about this blog, and i only opened it up cuz my gmails blocked. BUT i am back

and it feels good to be back to the place where i named my iPod after, (thats a story for later, incase u havent heard it).

so the title says it all

guilt is very powerful

it made me stop doing my homework and write this post

so a tip for anyone who listens to me:

dont get guilted into doing stupid things.

guilt itself is basically wounded pride.

now im gonna stop being so metaphysical and start using words i dont know

also, i've discovered a new way to make your friends look at you funny!

hOkay so...here's the Earth.

Once upon a time, there were four- wait, no five people who started a blog.
(Would you like some epic with that fail?)
As you could guess, it didn't very well work out for...half of the five people. One lived in Utah, and was busy with the preparation to journey to Portugal for eighteen months. One was doing online school somewhere in the middle of SoFla. The other was dealing with life, because it interested her a lot (also preparing to travel to Unicorn Land with her best friend Grover to fight off the pixies and elves, who had turned to the dark side for cookies!)
So the last one, no matter how daring, clever, and beautiful she was(: was determined to write at least ONE successful post a month, keeping her dear relatives that lived too darn far apart updated on the life they'd left behind in SoFla. I will begin here:
Hello. My name's Jada. Have we met before? Oh, wait. YOU GUYS LEFT US! Kidding. Well, where should I start?
I just finished the Percy Jackson series (highly recommend it to those who haven't read them yet!) Can't wait to see the movie (12th or 15th?)
Mmmm got a new crazy haircut that I've grown into. My best friend is named after a satyr, and I like to count a lot (1..2...3...) I've also been dubbed the Count, from Sesame Street.
